(GMEA) was established in May 2014, as a joint venture between Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions Corporation (TGES) and Gas Malaysia Berhad. TGES has teamed with Gas Malaysia, the largest natural gas distributor in the South East Asian country, to jointly develop new customers for energy services. One Bangkok is a fully-integrated district and the largest private sector property development in Thailand’s history on a 16.7-hectare plot in Bangkok’s city center. The first urban district cooling center and power distribution system will undertake chilled water and electricity supply to the 16-building mixed-use district for 30 years.
